Type AS506

The series that was launched back in 1980 and is still going strong and unchanged. Entirely manufactured in multilayer laminate without the use of metal uprights, it features walls and doors united by special nylon joints; the back and sides of each module are made from a single sheet of laminate.The standard closure system includes a cylinder key lock or padlock version, a number plate and inner accident-proof lock cover. On request the series can be supplied with any token-operated or electric closure system available on the market. Each compartment is fitted with a Δ 20mm anodised aluminium hanger rail with sliding nylon garment hook. Airflow slits in the upper and lower parts of the back panels permit perfect airflow and fluid drainage during cleaning operations. All the various solutions feature base plates fitted with adjustable feet for varying the height from the ground.

Walls are made using multilayer laminate with a thickness of 8mm for the sides, dividing walls, ceilings and bases, 4/6/8 mm for the single plate backs with rounded, accident proof edges and corners. This material offers the utmost reliability as it is shock resistant, does not warp in the resence of humidity and is not corroded by rust or acids.
Joints that unite the walls are in high-resistance, self-lubricating nylon. They allow perfect assembly thus preventing builds up of dust inside the compartment.
Doors of the locker are manufactured in 8mm thick multilayer laminate, they fold away completely into the structure, to prevent acts of vandalism.
Hygiene: the surfaces can all be washed and disinfected and are not susceptible to damage from chemical agents. Inside slits permit fluid drainage and the extreme manufacturing simplicity employed satisfies current regulations.
Airflow: slits on the module’s structure permit good airflow without compromising its stability.
