The
picture above, from a hospital installation, shows the suitability of
the laminates, in being used in all those places where hygiene is of
primary importance. Washable walls with non-porous, perfectly flat
surfaces (that cannot be damaged by standard chemicals and
disinfectants), mean that high hygienic standards can be achieved. A
fully washable, undestructible and colourful unit that not only
fulfills the various commercial needs, but is also a pleasure to use.
Manufactured
with 14mm-thick laminate walls and doors with perfectly rounded edges.
Handles with vacant – occupied indicator inserted into the nylon knob.
Closure with vacantoccupied indicator independent from black fixed
nylon knob also available. Stainless steel nuts and bolts, support
feet, joining chain and terminals. Nylon hinge with rustproof alloy
pin. Wall fixing element with black anodised aluminium profile.

Creativity, versatility and modularity
Our
technical advances of construction concur to us, only in the field, to
realize cabins of spin with suitable materials to guarantee one perfect
duration in the time and any atmosphere: steel AISI 304 in order to
avoid forming itself of the rust, laminated to high thickness for one
resistance of the panels. Adjustable feet in stainless steel ø cm 10,
thickness cm 1, for one perfect order of the cabins. Supports in
stainless steel AISI 304, ø milimeter 48,3, thickness milimeter 2.

Construction features
The
Sinko Professional system, applied to prefabricated 14 mm HPL laminate
walls, is a modern and convenient alternative to masonry walls.
LONG LASTING PROPERTIES, LOW COST, ELEGANT DESIGN and HYGIENE for money are the clear advantages.
LONG LASTING:
the construction properties of the laminates offer the best guarantee.
All typical expensive maintenance operations, normally needed with
masonry walls, are no longer needed.
LOW COST: a standard
tiled masonry has a thickness of 12/14 cm. Our panels have a thickness
of 14 mm. In the space used by 8 MASONRY SHOWER CUBICLES, 9 HPL
LAMINATE SHOWER CUBICLES can be created.
ELEGANT DESIGN:
The combination of HPL laminates, with their range of colour
possibilities, and the stainless steel accessories used, enhance any
company facilities.
HYGIENE: Washable walls with

LOCKING SYSTEM: use of special "Press to Open", push-button locks, all with coloured "Vacant-Engaged" information plates.
DOORS: the application of a PVC profile made of two components (one hard and one soft), with noise absorbers, helps prevent injuries.
HINGES:
galvanized steel reinforced polyamide 6, with galvanized steel pins.
The self closing spiral model has the same construction properties.
Polyamide HEWI hinges, with shock absorber and self lubricating plain
bearing, are available on request. Each Hewi hinge has a support
capacity of 40kg. Depending on their heights, the doors will be fitted
with 2 or 3 hinges. On request, one of the hinges can either be a
spiral self closing model or a Hewi model with adjustable spring.
FEET:
they are made of stainless steel and nylon. Feet made entirely of
stainless steel can be supplied on request. Their height can be from 10
to 20 and 40 cm.
JOINING CHAIN AND CLAMPS: they are made
of round section, with a diameter of Ø 25 mm and Ø 48 mm respectively.
A rectangular profile, 60x40 mm in size, can be used for special
applications.
WALL MOUNTING: a purposely designed black anodized aluminium profile is used for 90° mounting to the wall.
CORNER ELEMENT: a perfect joint is possible thanks to a special black anodized aluminium profile.
