Truck aligners AL
AL120 aligner for vehicles is the ideal way to protect from the moving vehicles either the structure of the sealing portal or the lifting foot-board at the loading-unloading points, or the equipment and machinery placed outside the premises, or pedestrian crossings inside the factory.
It's an effective bumper system made in DPA, a composite techno polymer with high chemical, physical and mechanical properties. This item has a simple but extremely solid anchoring system.
Composition
- a pair of external rounded ends, made in carbon C40 steel and subjected to a hot plasticization treatment, in order to make them antioxidant and anti-abrasion,
- horizontal central bumper bar ground spacers, made in DPA,
- reinforcement steel bars for the fixing in the floor, tops, moulded in PVC, mechanically fixed on the bar
- premixed quick setting anti-shrinkage cement, for casting the anchors in the floor.
The excellent mechanical qualities that characterizes this article are the high resistance to wear, impacts, torsion, weather and dump, and the low friction coefficient. It is corresponding to the current work safety regulation.
It guarantees a high visibility either in day-time or night.
If necessary, the product could be completely removed from the basement without ruining or destroying any of the components, simply by unscrewing the blocking anchoring bars, restoring the aligner by low-costs intervention.
After a long time, the surfaces exposed to impacts might bear scratches and abrasions, but AL120 has a "second life", because it is possible to easily dismantle the horizontal bar and the lower spacers, and reassemble them rotated of 180 degrees.
