Trolley guides FC

This is a system designed to protect the walls, sliding doors, machinery perimeters and pedestrian walkways from trolleys on wheels moved by the operator.

It combines the quality of DPA300 techno polymer with the simple and extremely solid floor anchoring system. The FC70 half bar, fixed into the floor, creates an insurmountable barrier for the trolley, leaving the walls untouched and protected. This system offers even more advantages in food environments, where prefabricated isothermic panels are used because of their heat insulation, but they are also vulnerable to knock and bumps.

Composition:

• horizontal half-bar, made in DPA300 composite yellow techno polymer,
• expansion bolts for anchoring the half-bar to the ground, with a rustproofed steel sleeve and AISI 304 stainless steel bolt,
• top to close the upper hole, made in non toxic red moulded P.V.C. 

FC70 is corresponding to the current HACCP hygienic regulations, because of its atoxicity, high hygiene levels, the sealing system against liquid seepage and the improved air circulation inside cold storage rooms.

In case of different logistic requirements it is possible to remove the FG70 half-bar and reinstall it in a different place by simply changing the anchors bolts and sealing glue.

Moreover, the half-bar is reversible. After along time, the surfaces exposed to impacts, might bear scratches and abrasions, but FC70 has a "second life", because it is possible to easily dismantle the horizontal half-bar and reassemble it rotated of 180 degrees.
