Sanitary profiles PS90

The PS90.40 hygienic edge is the ideal solution for connecting and sealing the corner between the wall and the floor, isolating against seepages and dirtiness besides guaranteeing excellent resistance against accidental knocks.

Material and composition

• It is made in semi-rigid full cross-section composite P.V.C., the surface is perfectly sleek, and the housing for the sealing glue between the surface hides the wall fixing mechanical system. It is correspondent to the current regulations.
• This item is available in three different colors: white, klinker and grey.
• The auxiliary rear anchoring edge is made in semi-rigid composite P.V.C.
  This material offers excellent mechanical resistance properties, ideal for the function of a bumper in full compliance with health regulations, as the high resistance to wear, impacts, acids (except for oxidants) and dump (with the 0,009% of damp absorption), and the low fiction coefficient.

PS9040 is corresponding to the current safety regulations, with an external smooth surface, without any sharp edges or cutting parts, and because of the screws are concealed under the PVC tops, the worker cannot be injured knocking or cleaning it.

This article is also corresponding to health and hygiene HACCP, as a matter of facts, it is all made in composite techno polymer, provided with an atoxicity certificate.

The design and the application process of the product guarantees a perfect sealing thanks to the B99 special glue. If necessary, the sanitary edge can be completely removed and reversed, unlike other types or steel or resin edges.
