Protective fences GRB
The GRB bumper guardrail bar is successfully used to protect walls, sliding doors, equipment, machinery perimeters and pedestrian walkways from moving vehicles of every shape or type.
Extremely effective against bumps and knocks, this system combines the qualities of the DPA300 composite techno polymer with the simple and extremely solid floor-embedded anchoring bars.
The greatest asset of GRB is that the guardrail discharges on the ground all the force of the knock, absorbed during the impact, leaving the walls protected and untouched. This system offers even more advantages in food environments, where prefabricated isothermic panels are used because of their heat insulation, but they are also vulnerable to knocks and bumps.
Composition:
- horizontal central bumper bar, made in DPA300 composite techno polymer,
- spacers, made in DPA300 composite techno polymer,
- reinforcing bars for the floor embedding, made in AISI 304 stainless steel,
- tops that close the upper holes of the bar's mechanical fixing,
- ready mix quick setting cement.
All the external elements of GRB are rounded to minimize injury to workers in case of physical impacts. In case of impacts on board of a trolley, are minimized even serious injuries like the cervical rachys trauma, thanks to the elasticity of DPA300.
It also has a high visibility level, because the DPA300 is mixed with a bright yellow pigment, similar to RAL1023. The tops are moulded in a bright red color, similar to RAL 3002.
GRB is corresponding to hygienic regulation HACCP, because of the atoxicity of the material, the high cleanliness level, the sealing system against liquid seepage and the improved air circulation inside cold storage rooms.
