Protection columns

HS is the ideal solution for protecting critical points like doors, projecting column and wall edges, equipments and machinery, placed in areas at risk of collision with moving vehicles.

It combines the DPA300 qualities with the simple but solid anchoring system.

Composition:

• external bumper body and watertight top, made in DPA300 composite techno polymer,
• reinforcing bar for the jet anchorage to the floor of the bumper body,
• mixture for the jet into the floor of the reinforcing bar based on ready-mixed quick setting cement.

The post material, during the extrusion, is mixed with a bright yellow pigment, similar to RAL1023. The entire mass of material is homogeneously colored, guaranteeing the high visibility even after many bumps or knocks. The same procedure is applied to the bright red tops, similar to RAL3002.

HS bumper post's external elements are rounded, in order to minimize injury to workers in case of impacts. It is corresponding to the current HACCP hygienic regulation, because of its atoxicity, high hygiene levels and the anti seepage system, that consists in placing sealing rubber rings between the bumper body and the cast sleeve in the floor.

One great advantage of this article is that it can be substituted or reused, and the bumper body care regenerated.
