Flat bumpers PMA, PPC, PRS

The plate extruded bumper is the best solution to protect walls from the accidental bumps caused by moving trolleys. It is realized in DPA300 composite techno polymer, with high chemical, physical and mechanical properties.

Construction and characteristics

It is obtained by means of a high precision extrusion process that guarantees a perfectly sleek external surface. It is rigid and it has a solid cross-section. Provided with upper and lower edges (except model PRS) and a contact seal made in coextruded rubber the bumper plate, besides guaranteeing an effective shockproof function, is also waterproof and eliminates every eventual seepage or dirtiness deposit between the sheet and the wall.

This means that the bumper plate is suitable in food laboratories, because in possesses all the requirements established by the law.

It is also important noticing that the mechanical structure of the sheet redistributes the energy of the impact (concentrated in one point of the wall) all over the surface of the wall). The plate is made in DPA300 and the seals are made in soft coextruded PVC rubber.

The internal and external monolithic corner, and the rounded right and left end are made in DPA300 composite techno polymer.

The tops that seal the plate holes of the mechanical fixing on the wall are made in atoxic PVC. DPA300 is studied to offer excellent mechanical resistance.

And, in particular:

• high resistance to wear, impacts, torsion and acids (except for oxidants),
• low friction coefficient,
• high resistance to weather and damp (with the 0,009% of damp absorption),
• color of the plate is flat white (similar to RAL9010).

PPC, PMA in PRS are corresponding to the current safety regulations. They have an external smooth surface, without any sharp edges or cutting parts, and because of the screws are concealed under the PVC tops, the worker cannot be injured knocking or cleaning it.

These articles are also corresponding to health and hygiene HACCP regulations as a matter of facts, they are all made in composite techno polymer, provided with an atoxicity certificate.

This design and the application process of the product guarantees a perfect dealing thanks to the B99 special glue.
